These neighborhoods were often part of the cities during the period. People found these services particularly important during times when some of the public schools were closed.After the war, when a lot of people settled in Bloomingdale, the city made sure it had tutors for all children in the district. They were teachers who were part of the community and that were also teachers in public schools. This was done to ensure that everyone who was interested in learning could get an education and to make sure that their kids did not get left behind.Today, tutoring is done through organizations and institutions that are set up to help children all over the world. This has helped to raise the standard of education in many countries.
